Frequently Asked
Questions — 9jgame

9jgame is open to adults aged 18 and over — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. You must be a real individual registering with your own details. Residents of restricted jurisdictions may not register. Pakistan has gambling restrictions including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977; users are responsible for understanding applicable local law before participating.

Click the registration button on the 9jgame homepage, fill in your personal details — name, date of birth, email or mobile number, and preferred currency (PKR is available) — then verify your email or phone number. Full account access requires completing identity verification (KYC) before real-money activity is permitted.

9jgame requires a government-issued photo ID — your Pakistan National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport — plus a proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement. In some cases, source-of-funds documentation may also be required. KYC must be completed before withdrawals are processed and may be required before accepting further deposits.

No. Each individual is strictly permitted one account on 9jgame. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or using different details — to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent restrictions is a serious violation of the Terms and Conditions and will result in permanent closure of all related accounts with forfeiture of any balances.

On the login screen, click the "Forgot Password?" link and enter the email address or mobile number registered to your account. You will receive a password reset link or one-time code. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you do not receive the reset message within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support at [email protected].

Log into your account, navigate to the Cashier or Deposit section, select your preferred payment method and enter the amount you wish to deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are shown in the cashier at the time of deposit. All deposits must be made from payment instruments held in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Pakistani players are often familiar with options including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC and USDT. These are referenced for user familiarity only — their mention does not imply that any of these providers endorses or supports gambling. Always verify which payment methods are currently active in the 9jgame cashier before attempting a transaction.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Internal processing typically takes up to 24–48 hours after KYC verification and any wagering requirements are confirmed as complete. Additional time may be added by the receiving bank or payment provider. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are generally faster. Exact timelines are published in the cashier section and may be updated periodically.

Yes, minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method. The current minimum for each method is displayed in the cashier at the time you submit a withdrawal request. If your balance is below the minimum for your preferred method, consider an alternative method or accumulate additional winnings before withdrawing.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays include pending KYC verification, outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds, an AML review triggered by transaction patterns, or a processing delay at the third-party payment provider. If your withdrawal has not been processed within 5 business days, contact support at [email protected] with your account details and transaction reference number.

9jgame covers a wide range of cricket betting markets including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, ICC tournaments, bilateral Test series and T20 internationals. Markets typically include match winner, top batsman, total runs, innings scores and more. Sports betting is subject to odds that change in real time. Pre-match and live in-play betting options are generally available depending on the event.

Beyond cricket, 9jgame's sportsbook typically covers football (including international leagues and national team matches), tennis, basketball, UFC and mixed martial arts, esports titles and other global sports events. The availability of specific leagues and tournaments may vary by season. Check the live sports lobby for current event coverage.

RTP — Return to Player — is the theoretical percentage of wagered money that a slot returns to players over a very large number of spins. Most slots on 9jgame have RTPs between 94% and 97%, though this varies by title. RTP is a long-run statistical average, not a guarantee of any individual session outcome. The house retains the difference between 100% and the stated RTP on average.

Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios or land-based venues. Real dealers manage the action — dealing cards, spinning wheels or managing the game — while you place bets through the on-screen interface. A live chat function is often available. A stable internet connection is recommended. Live casino games use real equipment, not a random number generator.

9jgame typically offers a welcome bonus for new registrants, reload bonuses on subsequent deposits, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket events like PSL or ICC tournaments. Each bonus has specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games and expiry dates. Always read the promotion-specific terms before claiming any offer.

A wagering requirement is the number of times you must stake bonus funds before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 30x requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 30,000 on qualifying games before the funds become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally — some may contribute 100%, others less. Game contribution rates are published in the specific bonus terms.

No. Bonus funds and winnings generated solely from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering, the bonus funds and associated winnings will typically be forfeited, while your Real Money Balance (funds you deposited yourself) will be returned subject to standard verification.

Yes. Every bonus on 9jgame has an expiry date or a time window within which wagering requirements must be completed. Typical expiry periods range from 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion. Once a bonus expires, it is removed from your account along with any associated winnings. The exact expiry window is stated in each promotion's individual terms at the time of the offer.

9jgame regularly launches seasonal promotions aligned with major sporting calendars, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) season, ICC World Cup and T20 tournament periods. These may include enhanced odds, special free bet offers or cashback promotions on cricket markets. The specific terms and availability of such promotions are published in the promotions section of the platform during the relevant period.

9jgame uses TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Sensitive data at rest — including KYC documents and financial records — is encrypted at the storage layer. Staff access to personal data is restricted on a need-to-know basis with full audit logging. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all registered users and mandatory for internal staff accessing production systems.

9jgame provides deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, account cooling-off periods and self-exclusion ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. All tools are accessible free of charge through your account settings or by contacting support directly. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. Limit increases carry a mandatory 24–72 hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

Log into your account and navigate to the Responsible Gambling section in your account settings. Select Self-Exclusion, choose your preferred duration (30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or Permanent) and confirm your request. If you cannot access the portal, email [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request" — the team will process it manually and immediately. 9jgame will not send promotional communications to any self-excluded account.

9jgame operates with platform security measures including encryption and KYC compliance. However, Pakistan has gambling restrictions including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. 9jgame does not claim to be licensed, endorsed or approved by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani authority. This does not constitute legal advice. Users in Pakistan are individually responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local law.
