These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 9jgame platform, available at https://9jgame.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

Registration and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited and funds returned in accordance with applicable policy.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their country, province or territory of residence. Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Creating duplicate Accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, suspension decisions or other Platform rules is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
You must provide accurate, truthful and current information at registration and throughout your use of the Platform. Submitting false, incomplete or misleading personal information constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure.
To access real-money features of the Platform, Users must complete the full registration process including email or mobile number verification and KYC documentation submission. The Platform reserves the right to request additional identity documents at any stage, including government-issued ID, proof of address and source-of-funds documentation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication details with any third party. Any activity carried out under your Account will be attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact support immediately at [email protected].
In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations, the Platform requires identity verification before processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, before accepting further deposits. Required documents may include a valid national identity card, passport, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account restriction.
Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted and listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are published in the Platform's cashier section. All deposits must be made from accounts or payment instruments held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
For reference, Pakistani users may be familiar with payment options including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC and USDT. The mention of these payment methods is for contextual familiarity only — they do not constitute endorsements of gambling by those providers, nor does their mention guarantee current availability. Withdrawal requests are subject to (a) completion of KYC verification, (b) fulfilment of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds, (c) the minimum withdrawal threshold published by the Platform, and (d) AML review where applicable. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit wherever technically possible. The Platform reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal.

The Platform accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Account balances and transaction amounts are displayed in the currency selected at registration. Where applicable, amounts may be referenced in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). Currency conversion may apply depending on the payment method and Platform configuration at the time of transaction.
Accounts with no login activity for a period defined in the Platform's published Dormancy Policy may be classified as dormant. A dormancy fee or balance forfeiture may apply as specified in the published policy. Users will be notified in advance of any such action by email where possible.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by 9jgame are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of its promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before becoming withdrawable. The applicable multiplier, eligible games and time limits are stated in each promotion's specific terms. As an illustrative example only: a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering — contribution percentages are stated per promotion.
The Platform operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, including the use of strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and collusion between users for promotional gain. Confirmed cases of bonus abuse will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all related balances.
Welcome bonuses and any bonuses offered to users switching from another platform are available only to new registrants who meet the published eligibility criteria. These bonuses are illustrative in nature — exact amounts, eligibility conditions and availability are subject to change and are confirmed only within the Platform's active promotional terms at the time of registration.
All bets and wagers are subject to acceptance by the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of system errors, corrupted data or where a bet is placed in error. Bets are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation or bet reference in your Account.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, incorrect pricing due to technical error, confirmed palpable error, integrity concerns or where a bet is placed on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement. Voided bet stakes are returned to the User's Account Balance.
Live in-play bets are subject to real-time odds changes. Prices are updated continuously and a bet is accepted at the price displayed at the moment of confirmation, not the price that may have been visible moments before. Connectivity issues on the User's end do not constitute grounds for disputing accepted bets.
All casino games offered on the Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real dealing procedures. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. The house edge applies to all games and is disclosed within each game's information panel where available.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, odds feeds and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 9jgame or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence, right or interest in the Platform's intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, frame, transmit or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without express prior written consent from 9jgame.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9jgame and its directors, officers, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Where liability cannot be wholly excluded by law, it is limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
9jgame collects, processes and retains personal data in accordance with its published Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, registration information, transaction history, device and usage data, and KYC documentation. Data is used for account management, fraud prevention, AML compliance, responsible gambling monitoring and marketing communications (where consent has been provided).

Upon Account closure — whether by the User or by 9jgame — any outstanding Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement shall be forfeited. Real Money Funds are not subject to forfeiture except in confirmed cases of fraud, money laundering or material breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9jgame is incorporated and/or holds its operating licence. The Platform does not claim to operate under Pakistani law, nor does it claim approval, regulation or endorsement by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani regulatory body.
In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to first contact the support team at [email protected]. The Platform will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within 30 days of receipt of a written complaint. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism published in the operator's licence jurisdiction.
9jgame reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, Users will be notified by email or via an in-Platform notification before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
